[Openid-specs-risc] New PR (#8) for CAEP Event Types

Hey all,

I just created a new PR for the caep-draft-01 branch with the following changes:


  *   Examples have been updated with new Complex Subject langue and values

  *   subject_type claim has been replaced with format to align with new subject identifiers draft

  *   Unique subject types have been removed and changed to use opaque

  *   Replace dashes with underscores for format values to match subject identifiers spec (jwt_id, iss_sub, saml_assertion_id)

  *   tenant_id has been removed from the event payload and will be conveyed in a complex subject

  *   Changed event_timestamp to milliseconds

  *   Added original RISC authors
