[Openid-specs-risc] Complex subject types pull request

Hi all,
Based on the earlier proposal

and the discussion

in the last call, I have created the following pull request
<https://bitbucket.org/openid/risc/pull-requests/7/replaced-spags-with-complex-subjects>
for the SSE profile spec. This touches a large part of the spec, so please
review the changes carefully. There are the following open issues:

   1. We had two options discussed in the last call. This pull request
   assumes "Option A". We can still discuss whether it makes sense to change
   to Option B and change the draft accordingly.
   2. There is earlier feedback from Matt Domsch (SailPoint), that I have
   not fully incorporated. Once we settle on the changes here, I will take
   another pass and incorporate the feedback from Matt.
