   Merge draft to HEAD

   How will new RISC events be included in the new SSE spec


Notes:

The output of the working group is 5 documents:

   1.

   The SSE profile of Security Event Tokens (the main specification)
   2.

   CAEP Event Types
   3.

   RISC Event Types
   4.

   CAEP Use Cases
   5.

   RISC Use Cases

The source file (XML format) “RISC Profile” will be replaced with the new
“SSE Profile”, and the corresponding output files will be replaced as well.

We will add a README that points to the old RISC draft (which will be a
link to a previous commit on the HEAD)

Expected process going forward:

   1.

   Publicize that WG has completed its work and is requesting a vote
   2.

   Request the OpenID committee to organize the vote.


Expected timeline to merge to HEAD: two weeks or less.
