[Openid-specs-risc] Agenda for today's call

Hi all,

I'd like to discuss merging the SSE spec draft into the main branch of the
repository today. As a result, the older "RISC" draft will no longer be
available because the SSE draft supersedes it.

Since this is an important change, especially for those who rely on the
RISC draft, please attend the call at 10AM PT if you would like to discuss
it.
