I've incorporated your suggestions in the XML and the txt version in the
repository <https://bitbucket.org/openid/risc/src/caep-draft-01/>, but I
haven't changed the Google Doc since doing so will cause it to lose your
comments. I haven't addressed your concern about adding more information to
the security considerations section yet.
