[Openid-specs-risc] Spec updates

Hi all,
I've incorporated a few changes to the spec draft:

   1. Tim has added a few event types. He wasn't able to create a
   pull-request, so I've made those same changes from my side.
   2. Based on Adam's feedback, I've altered the example event-type for
   have SPAG as a subject-type

You can review the updated spec draft in the shared drive or in the OpenID
SSE WG repository. Please provide your comments before the
meeting tomorrow, so that we may discuss them. I'm likely to say to the
OpenID foundation on Wednesday that the spec draft is ready for review. The
copy in the shared drive is here:
