[Openid-specs-risc] Extensibility model for CAEP events

Hi folks,

Last week I took the AI to drive the discussion and write up for event data extensibility and in general CAEP extensibility. Let me know if you are interested in joining the discussions or have any knowledge to share in this area. The goal for this subgroup is to put together a strawman proposal. We will have our first meeting on Monday 22nd at 1pm Pacific time to start the discussions (meeting info below). So far it is Atul, Jordan, and I.
