[Openid-specs-risc] CAEP Event Types spec draft

Hi all,
I hope you got a chance to review the SSE profile of SET spec. I've created
a draft of the CAEP specific events, but to align with the version
numbering of SSE (2.0), I've named the spec 2.0. Please review here. I'm
including the XML file for reference, but please mark your comments on the
Google Doc so that everyone may have visibility and can collaborate on it.

Please provide your feedback on the Google Doc, but the XML file helps
identify the differences between this and the RISC profile.
