[Openid-specs-risc] Summary of changes, workshop

Hi all,
Here's a draft of the presentation I intend to share with the OpenID
Foundation in their virtual workshop on Thursday.

Slide #5 has a summary of the changes being proposed to the spec, so if you
haven't had time to review the docs I shared yesterday, this might be a
good TLDR.

As discussed on last week's call. I will schedule an SSE virtual workshop
on the mornings of June 4th and June 5th. I am proposing 4 hours each day.
