[Openid-specs-risc] Shared Signals and Events Working Group

Hi all,
Apologies for the confusion. Even I missed the meeting yesterday since it
wasn't on my calendar.

I have sent out an invite to the group for the time being, and we are
working on fixing the WG page. It seems to have outdated info and the iCAL
link isn't specific to our WG. As a result, we missed our bi-weekly
yesterday.
