[Openid-specs-risc] meeting notes for November 12, 2019

Notes:
- future call scheduling
  - Tuesday at 3 pm
  - bi-weekly
- platform, OIDF provides GoToMeeting
  - email Mike and cc Nat to setup GoToMeeting
  - Morteza offered Webex, and provided Webex today
- CAEP context and rationale for re-charter
  - draft revised charter, looking for feedback
  - new charter approved in two weeks, approval process looks only for IPR
issues and such
- RISC related upcoming work
  - some parts are tracked at IETF, like subject identifiers, these should
be removed from RISC
  - parts that can be leveraged by CAEP, like control plane, to be factored
out, so they can be referenced by both RISC and CAEP
    - Jordan Wright offered to help with this
  - Implicit Flow, need for implementation
    - similarly implementations for control plane
    - a couple of companies are exploring early implementations
- expanding the group chairs with one person from CAEP

Action Items:
- Marius: setup recurring meetings and GoToMeeting
- Annabelle & Marius: bring RISC specs up to date based on latest IETF
changes
- Jordan: factor out common components
- Annabelle: send out re-charter proposal
