[Openid-specs-risc] For RISC discussion monday

These are just some slides I put together for tomorrow’s call.  The idea is to mock these up with our conclusions and to get conversation started.

I tried to include some questions we should potentially answer and whether we can get to simplifying assumptions - like do we really need to assert multiple subject identifiers in an any pairwise event sharing relationship?
