There's been quite a bit of discussion on the lists over the past week in
the wake of the F2F and in prep for IETF.

Let's get together and work through:

   - Control plane and subscription managmenent
   - SETs and making sure they aren't valid ID tokens

We can also talk about next steps for IETF.
