   RISC F2F date finalization [propsing Thu 2/16]

      2/16 is finalized in MTV

      Agenda

         Control plane: publish/subscribe mechanics
         -

         Need to figure out hosted domains
         -

   Spec updates/discussions over holidays
   -

      Array value on events in the payload. Shouldn’t have much effect on
      RISC.
      -

      Waiting for draft to get adopted by working group. Bringing Yaron up
      to speed on spec. Hopefully there will be a call to adopt the draft this
      week.
      -

      Still need to split out the transport and event specs. Phil will try
      to work on that over the next couple of weeks.
      -

      Want to add section to the draft on current implementations and
      libraries. Please send Phil info if you have it.
      -

   Contract updates
   - Oracle probably won’t be able to participate in beta contract period.
      Need to figure out what to do with hosted domains and the legal
      implications.
