at today's OIDF R&E working group call, me and Hannah started a brief<br>
document to define an OIDC scope for the REFEDS R&S EC.<br>

We also started defining which claims could be embedded in an ID Token<br>
in environments where a second call to the userinfo endopoint should be<br>
avoided, as being sought by the WLCG AuthZ Working Group.<br>
