candidate, though our 3-4pm UTC time-slot is already taken.<br class="">

Personally I would prefer to move it one hour before or one hour ahead<br class="">
on the very same day, but we have to keep in mind that there are already<br class="">
other meeting occurring in the same time frame (IIRC an InCommon/I2<br class="">
call) and that moving backward will mean to move to 6am PDT.<br class="">

So, which time would work for you best? And what about other people on<br class="">
the list?<br class="">
