[openid-specs-rande] R&E specs and projects progress information

Hello, everybody!

I was searching for information about the current status of specifications
and projects that are essential for OpenID Connect adoption on R&E
institutions, like the White Paper for implementation mappings between SAML
2.0 and OpenID Connect in Research and Education

and

but I didn't get an answer. Is this repository the right place to ask for
clarifications? If not, where is it?
