[openid-specs-rande] regular meetings

Hello everyone,

I think it's time we resume regular meetings for our working group.
Previously regular calls were held bi-weekly on Monday 4:00pm CE(S)T, so
before trying to doodle another time-slot I propose we resume that one
starting next Monday (March 15th).

Please let me know if that sounds good, otherwise we'll fall back on doodle.
