[openid-specs-rande] [appint] TIIME and GEANT symposium meetings

What I originally was mostly thinking of are:
1) an AARC-architects reunion type of meeting, discussing the current
   guidelines-in-work in a face to face meeting. This has often been
   very productive.
2) an OpenID-RandE face to face meeting, to discuss current topics
   concerning e.g. standardising new claims and so on. The work seems to
   have more or less come to a halt, which is understandable because of
   people's schedule (incl. mine), but still a pity. Perhaps a face to
   face meeting could get us going again?
The audience for both would have quite some overlap, but not completely.
Whether we should have either meeting depends on the number of involved
people present I guess.
If there is too little interest, we could just leave it and see if we
can organise an adhoc meeting at the events themselves.
