Regrets, won't be on the call.  

While early conversations, one of the genomics activities in Canada is in communication with me about their federation and also OIDC interests. Here's a VERY high level pointer:

I think their use case has some interesting aspects.  Not necessarily for today's sub/scope conversation  but certainly on collecting their needs as input use cases.

It's early stages and interesting questions about OIDC distributed claims and how they are the same or different than the OIDC federation story were raised.  I'm still exploring this topic and welcome thoughts on it too.
