[openid-specs-rande] call for feedback on OIDC R&S scope and meeting notes

Hi all,

I'll try to go through the document, nice work!

apologies from my side. I was caught up in two others meetings and
wasn't sure we'd have a meeting. There does seem to be some confusion on
the schedule: The calendar had one planned on the 20th of May but I
don't think there was one, is the calendar still leading? Given the low
attendance, perhaps it's in any case good to send a reminder?
