[openid-specs-rande] today's meeting notes

re: "WLCG WG": the WLCG Common JWT Profiles document refers to "wlcg.ver"

So we (WLCG) changed our claim names following the discussion within this
working group, based on the assumption that there wouldn't be a general
effort to register claim names in IANA. Since this is now changing I think
we'd be happy to use a publicly registered equivalent!
