Moving the meeting either one hour earlier or any time after 16.30 UTC
should work for people who need to attend both meetings. I probably
have a slight preference for the first option, but that's probably my
EE(S)T clock speaking :-)

16:30 UTC/18:30 CEST/19:30 EEST would make it tricky for me and I guess
for most of the other people in Europe, meaning we probably won't
increase the crowd. An hour earlier is fine for me but I realise a
problem for west-coast US and Canada. Do we need a doodle?
Yes, starting an hour earlier would be an issue for US and Canada while starting an hour later would be an issue for Europe.

@Davide: Do you think it would make sense to have a Doodle with just these two slots or we should add more options?

The AEGIS meeting starts at 16:00 CEST?
Yes, the AEGIS meeting normally runs from 16:00-17.30 CE(S)T
Ah, wait, so why 16:30 UTC then? You probably meant 15:30UTC == 17:30
CEST? That would still be ok for me...

Yes, I meant 15:30 UTC (sorry for the confusion).

Cheers,
Nicolas

Hi Hannah and Mischa,

choosing another day will be difficult because either we risk to to
overlap on other OIDF WGs meetings or to overload the already dense OIDF
calendar with too many WG meetings per day: already 2 calls on Tue and
Thu, 1 call on Wed, NO-CALL-ZONE on Fri. That leaves Wed as the best
candidate, though our 3-4pm UTC time-slot is already taken.

Personally I would prefer to move it one hour before or one hour ahead
on the very same day, but we have to keep in mind that there are already
other meeting occurring in the same time frame (IIRC an InCommon/I2
call) and that moving backward will mean to move to 6am PDT.

So, which time would work for you best? And what about other people on
the list?

Thanls,
Davide

Particularly since on the 8th of April I mistakenly planned for WLCG to
present our ongoing work and get feedback - the overlap of people is
significant!

 Hi all,

I heard last Wednesday that our next call would coincide with the
monthly AEGIS meeting. I think it would probably be good to move it
either to a different time on the same day, or perhaps another day?
I don't know what would work for the AEGIS people...?

 Cheers,
 Mischa
