[openid-specs-rande] Monday's call agenda

Hello everyone,

on the coming Monday there will be the wg call (4pm CET).

The draft agenda for the call is as follow:
- Approval of switching to a biweekly call in the EMEA friendly timezone.
- Start the work on the OIDC R&E claim specification.
- Continue the discussion on entity metadata extension:
