[openid-specs-rande] REMINDER - no R&E WG call today/tomorrow

Hi Nick,

thanks for the suggestion, I'll be happy to send an invitation and a 
reminder for upcoming WG calls.
Out of that, the deleted calls are those in the APAC friendly timezone 
for which we noted we didn't have (yet?) any participants from Asia, so 
we decided to drop them for now. There was also a proposal to have more 
frequent EMEA friendly timezone calls instead. What do you, and the 
people on the list, think about switching to a biweekly call for the 
EMEA friendly one?
