[openid-specs-rande] [oidcre] New version of the OIDC fed draft

Hi Roland, others,

I'm not sure what to do, at this point. We had a discussion last week at
the AARC meeting and agreed we needed to provide more feedback on the
OIDCfed spec. As a step towards that I've google-doc-ified your draft 6
(actually I started with 5 but now upgraded to 6) since working
collaboratively on a doc in github is tricky especially if there are
many comments with discussions per comment.
I've added my (originally paper) comments. My plan was first to make a
simple set of issues and pull requests out of those and just use the
google doc for collecting those and for having discussions within AARC.
However, it's getting a bit much )-: Perhaps I should still try to
convert them into github issues after all...

Typos I've fixed as suggestions, the other half are about the actual
