[Openid-specs-native-apps] NAPPS F2F - Sept 5

This is a follow up to discussions at CIS last month.

Goal is to get identity, mobile and app developers in a room, deep dive into the use cases and build out remaining pieces of the spec. If everyone continue building their own APIs/SDKs, the problem will get even harder.
