<div>GSMA has disengaged from any further development on Mobile Connect. Discussions are held in MODRNA to make the Mobile Connect specs evolve towards a R3 version (mostly a restructuration).</div>

<div>A clarification upon responsibilities is required between OIF/MODRNA and GSMA.</div>
