Hi Axel,
Yes, the proposal to close the issue because we couldn't determine any
action by the working group.
Regarding the GSMA discussion, the groups should really reach out to the
OpenID Foundation for assistance and guidance to make sure that OpenID
Connect is implemented correctly.
