[Openid-specs-mobile-profile] Initial CIBA Core errata 1 draft published

The first draft of "OpenID Connect Client-Initiated Backchannel Authentication Flow - Core 1.0 incorporating errata set 1" has been published at https://openid.net/specs/openid-client-initiated-backchannel-authentication-core-1_0-06.html.  This contains the updates discussed during the OAuth Interim meeting on Monday. Note that corresponding updates have also been made to the OpenID Connect Core, FAPI 1, and FAPI 2 specs.  And proposed corresponding updates to OAuth specs are published at https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-jones-oauth-rfc7523bis-00.html.
