Orange will look at from beginning of next year.
Joseph: Brazil banking still requests a lot of attention, other certification actions difficult to address without increasing team capacity.

                #207: Normative reference not in specification body<https://bitbucket.org/openid/mobile/issues/207/normative-reference-not-in-specification>
There is a reference, [OpenID.Registration], listed under Normative References that isn’t referred to in the body of the specification. Should this be removed or is there missing text in the body?

Old issue still remains for account porting:
