Below is a proposed schedule for User Questioning API Second Implementer's
Draft.


   - Implementer’s Draft public review period: Thursday, October 29, 2020
   to Sunday, December 13, 2020 (45 days)
   - Implementer’s Draft vote announcement: Monday, November 30, 2020
   - Implementer’s Draft voting period: Monday, December 14, 2020 to
   Monday, December 21, 2020 (7 days)


Because the vote takes place towards the end of the year, we may have to
extend the voting period if there are not enough votes received.
