There is no MODRNA WG call this week and the next call is scheduled for
Jan. 7, 2020.

The objective of the next call is to close any remaining CIBA Core issue

and pull request (such as new issue #171
<https://bitbucket.org/openid/mobile/issues/171/add-clarification-if-auth_req_id-should-be>
and
PR #77
<https://bitbucket.org/openid/mobile/pull-requests/77/auth_req_id-value-not-valid-after/diff>)
and prepare the draft for the second Implementer's Draft review.

Below is a proposed schedule for the CIBA Core second Implementer's Draft
review and vote.


   - Implementer's Draft public review period: Friday, Jan. 10, 2020 -
   Monday, Feb. 24, 2020 (45 days)
   - Implementer's Draft vote announcement: Monday, Feb. 10, 2020
   - Implementer's Draft voting period: Monday, Feb. 24, 2020 - Friday,
   Feb. 28, 2020 (7 days)
