As discussed on the Jan 8 call and for review by the WG, pull request #55
<https://bitbucket.org/openid/mobile/pull-requests/55/ciba-core-change-the-grant-type-uri-to-be>
has proposed changes that update the grant type URI to be a more generic
and not include MODRNA in it.
