Indeed the acknowledgements list has been empty since well before I got myself involved with this document: https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-modrna-client-initiated-backchannel-authentication-1_0.html#rfc.appendix.A and I don't have the history to know who to put there. I'd planned on asking the WG this week for the names that should go in there.

The spec date is currently January 10, 2018.  This needs to be made current.

The dates on OpenID.Core and OpenID.Registration are wrong.
