[Openid-specs-mobile-profile] Final WG review of CIBA Core spec

Indeed the acknowledgements list has been empty since well before I got
myself involved with this document:
https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-modrna-client-initiated-backchannel-authentication-1_0.html#rfc.appendix.A
and I don't have the history to know who to put there. I'd planned on
asking the WG this week for the names that should go in there.
