[Openid-specs-mobile-profile] Age Verification

All,
I wanted to raise the topic of age verification (as a functionality that has been proposed for Mobile Connect) whereas the SP makes a request to the IDP for age verification. Something similar was discussed on the IETF OAUTH WG<https://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/oauth/current/msg16827.html>.

I’ve added this topic to the MODRNA WG call on Sep. 6 to start the discussion.
