Charles raised the sector_identifier_uri validation issue and the need to amend discovery. I think this is not easy.

Axel,
I didn't see the below comments (in yellow) captured in Bitbucket for issue #52. Did I miss it? What is the proposed sample text in CIBA that covers this topic? If this is to be covered in the Discovery spec, what is the proposed text and where would it be added?

Adding these items, we've enough information to make a decision on how to close #52.

The sector_identifier_url is now mandatory to be specified at Client registration time.
Validation of the sector_identifier is out-of-scope for CIBA and should be in Discovery.

Please comment on the issue in bitbucket or here.
