New issue 53: CIBA Terminology: Consumption Device
https://bitbucket.org/openid/mobile/issues/53/ciba-terminology-consumption-device

Axel Nennker:

The current definition of Consumption Device stems from front-channel use case and CIBA copied the text from [MODRNA Authentication](https://xml2rfc.tools.ietf.org/cgi-bin/xml2rfc.cgi?Submit=Submit&format=ascii&mode=html&type=ascii&url=https://bitbucket.org/openid/mobile/raw/tip/openid-connect-modrna-authentication-1_0.xml?at=default):

In CIBA we do not necessarily have an user-agent in the user's control.
More often the CD is operated by the RP like e.g. an ATM

I suggest to change the text explaining CD in CIBA's Terminology Section.
Proposals welcome!
