It is probably the Imp of the Perverse sitting on my shoulder making me writing this, but ...

Mobile Connect could specify a sector_identifier_uri for all MNOs in one country <cough/>

and specify a Pairwise Identifier Algorithm that yields in "portable" subs thus making Account Porting easier. Maybe too easy...
