Could we start a joined effort to close those which are not relevant anymore?

The OpenID Connect Account Porting specification<http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-account-porting-1_0.html> was recently approved as Implementer's Draft. We welcome your review and input (especially any security considerations) on this draft to move this draft forward. GSMA has expressed interest in adopting this draft and would like to ensure that it receives a thorough review as the draft is advanced.
