[Openid-specs-mobile-profile] Proposed schedule for Implementer's Draft vote

This looks fine to me.  The editors should get me (as board secretary) .xml, .txt, and .html versions of each of the specs ideally a day or two before the public review period starts.

Implementer's Draft Voting Period: 2017-04-12 to 2017-04-26

Please review and provide any comments or proposed changes to the schedule.
