[Openid-specs-mobile-profile] New Version of Account Migration Draft

Hi all,

I just published version -02 of the account migration draft (http://openid.net/wordpress-content/uploads/2016/08/draft-account-migration-02.html). It is also linked at the WG page.

I incorporated  changes based on Feedback from Axel and Arne (Thanks!):

-          fixed typos

-          made signature validation MUST

-          removed jwks example

-          changed signed example JWTs to be consistent with migration data examples and normative text (RSA instead of HMAC)

-          defined new JWS "typ" parameter value "migration_data"

-          made requirements regarding signing and encryption normative
