[Openid-specs-mobile-profile] JSON typo: string (not numeric) for MSISDN

A small typo in draft-mobile-authentication-01<https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://bitbucket.org/openid/mobile/raw/a61c2291e816b7505e8eb1a1db9c6a7ee80e545f/draft-mobile-authentication-01.html#rfc.section.6> section 6 login_hint_token:

It currently says “MSISDN   REQUIRED. NUMERIC The Subscriber identifier…”.

It should say the MSISDN value is a JSON string (as the example shows), not NUMERIC.
