[Openid-specs-mobile-profile] First draft of developer experience story

I think I promised last meeting to do something like this.  I don’t
know if it will be useful to anyone else, but it helped me to get the
picture for myself, and raise some questions where I didn’t really
understand what was going on.  Quite likely I got some things horribly
wrong, which perhaps illustrate points where the current proposal
needs editorial work.
