[Openid-specs-ipsie] Issues to complete for the January 2026 interop event

IPSIE WG members,

I have added a label to the repo, “January 2026 Interop”.  This label is to
flag issues that we think need to be completed by the end of September for
the upcoming interop event.  I’ve made a first pass through the open issues
and labeled 9 issues that I believe we need to complete in the next ~6
weeks.

*This is a first pass, not a final list.*  I invite all of you to comment
on any issues to identify those that you believe should be
included/excluded from this list.  We’ll queue this up for discussion on
tomorrow’s call.
