[Openid-specs-ipsie] Interop event planning

On today's call there was a request for some January dates for the
event. I just updated the poll to add some days in January. Please
make sure you respond this week so we can get the date locked in and
start planning.

Just as a reminder, the goal of the interop event is to demonstrate
implementations of the OpenID SL1 profile working together. You can
decide to participate as an OP or as an RP, and during the event we'll
test configuring each RP in each OP, and run through a checklist to
see if the features required by IPSIE can be achieved.

We are still aiming to have the OpenID SL1 profile in a good enough
shape by September in order to provide enough time to implement by the
interop event.
