discussed on our call
<https://github.com/openid/ipsie/wiki/2025%E2%80%9005%E2%80%9013> on May
13, 2025.  At the time it was recommended that we include any
privacy/disclosure requirements in the side-car document that will include
broad requirements that apply across all IPSIE profiles.

I have started work on this side-car document and am seeking further input
from the WG members on this issue.  Please update Issue 77 with any
comments or feedback and I will incorporate this into the forthcoming draft.
