<div>As requested, I have taken the Connect.Gov integration guide and done my best to spec-ize it. The first draft has been committed to the bitbucket repository.</div>

<div>There are certainly items we will want to discuss as being appropriate for a broader spec as opposed to being just Connect.Gov specific (there is a client request parameter called authMode which I suspect will not survive another iteration, for example...

<div>Bigger issues to work out are details like: </div>
<ul>
<li>what do we need to specify regarding profile data? </li><li>LoA? </li><li>Do we/can we reference the Proof of Possession spec (rfc7800) for supporting LoA 4?</li><li>Do we need to bring in content from Adam's doc, or should we keep one to be big picture( brokers, no brokers, matching services, EU and FICAM references..) and the other to be specific to the protocol?</li></ul>
<div>Also, I did take inspiration (<span style="font-weight: bold;">cough</span> plagiarize
<span style="font-weight: bold;">cough</span>) content from the HEART spec (Justin) and the use case draft (Adam) - so the authors section needs to be updated/adjusted. Please include yourself as necessary.</div>
