Subject: [Openid-specs-igov] Added iGov Meeting Notification

On Tuesday's call (July 21), we discussed scheduling an extra iGov
meeting in two weeks (August 4) to allow for discussions and action
items as the WG transitions to GitHub.

This e-mail serves as a formal notification for this additional meeting.
